HS Department Recognizes Exceptional Students

The High School Department of Don Bosco Technical Institute - Makati held its annual Recognition Rites last June 19, 2009, from 10:00 -12:00 AM, at the Savio Dome. This annual rites is done to recognize students with exemplary performance in different fields such as academic, technical, sports, and others.  

During the program, Mrs. Wilma Gamo, the Assistant Principal for Academic Affairs, gave the welcome address. She emphasized the value of gratitude to those who paved the way to the success of every student who had been given recognition. She further stressed that one’s giftedness has to be shared for its cultivation, nourishment, and enhancement.

Moreover, Mr. Lito Tenerife, the High School Principal, in his inspirational talk, encouraged everyone to be agents of social transformation. He challenged the young to make a better world for the next generation.
