Young Violin Artist Jamer Augustine A. Yapchulay, age 15 (Don Bosco Technical Institute Makati) together with his sister Jamelie Anne A. Yapchulay, age 12 (St. Scholasticas’s College Manila) participated in the 7 Last Words, April 10, 2009 Good Friday, aired live at the Shrine of the divine Word, Christ the King Mission Seminary Quezon City over ABS-CBN, as a public service for the Lenten season by the Society of the Divine Word (SVD) through the Mission Communication’s Foundation, Inc. (MCFI with Rev. Fr. Bel San Luis president). Jamer and Jamie rendered a violin duet, “The Prayer” by Bocelli on the 3rd Word “Woman behold thy son, Son behold thy Mother”. And finally, on the 7th Last Word “Father into Your hands I commend my spirit”, Jamer played on his violin, a solo rendition of “You Raise Me Up”.
