Posted May 25, 2009

Master Victor Angelo B. Blancada, a senior Computer Technology student and the Editor-in-chief of the Bosconian Journal, was recognized as one of the Ten Outstanding Students of Makati (TOSM) during the awarding ceremonies held at the University of Makati last March 6, 2009.
The search for the city’s outstanding students is an annual undertaking of the Museum and Cultural Affairs Office of the local government under the leadership of Mayor Jejomar Binay in partnership with the Makati Jaycees. Said project aims to recognize the exceptional academic abilities and leadership qualities of students and to instill awareness on the important role that these young people play in nation building.
